How can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.

How can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.
Please note: For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.

How can I return/exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier.

How can I find an product that I am looking for?
Use the search box in the top right corner of our Web site to find styles based on trend, categories or style name. You can then refine your search on the results page.
The sales staff in our stores also have the ability to search for specific styles across all stores and to locate the style you’re looking for.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We do charge sales tax for online orders, just as we do in our stores. If we do not have a store in your state, you will be charged the same tax rate as in your closest our store. Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on the returned item. However, you will not receive a refund for the taxes paid on the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
